The construction of the Stupa of Perfect Victory, blessed by Ch?gyal Namkhai Norbu,

is going on in Kunsangar North.

The place for this Stupa was indicated by Khenchen Palden Sherab Rinpoche and Khenpo Tsewang Dongyal Rinpoche, and Ch?gyal Namkhai Norbu defined its type – The Stupa of Perfect Victory.

In Buddhist tradition it's considered that a properly built and empowered with special practices and rituals Stupa is a generator of spiritual energy, special blessing, state of joy and peace, with purpose to manifest harmony and peace for all sentient beings, prosperity of the region and harmonization of natural forces. Everyone who sees it, circumambulates and does offerings, accumulates great spiritual merits and receives the cause for liberation from sufferings.

The great Buddhist masters blessed the construction of this Stupa of Perfect Victory and sacrificed precious relics and substances for the laying.

Here are some of these relics:

– Ch?gyal Namkhai Norbu laid in the base of the Stupa foundation the vase subduing negativities and attracting prosperity.

– Gangteng Tulku Rinpoche conducted a consecration ritual of bupmas for nagas and sadags of the region and laid them in the foundation of the Stupa.

– The Vase with particles left after cremation of Buddha Shakyamuni presented by Garchen Triptrul Rinpoche.

– The statue of Buddha from the office of HH XIV Dalai Lama.

– Particle of Longchenpa's brain, relics of Buddha Shakyamuni and others from the head of Nyingma tradition HH Taklung Tsetrul Rinpoche.

– The Vajrasattva statue from the head of the Kagyu school HH XVII Karmapa Orgyen Trinley Dorje.

– Stupa and rilbu from the head of Sakya school HH Sakya Trizin.

– The statue of Amitayus from one of the four regents of the Kagyu school HH Gyaltsap Rinpoche.

– Rilbu with particles of Yehe Tsogyal ringsels from Kyabgye Drime Rabjam Rinpoche.

– Purba of Dudjom Yangsi Rinpoche.

– Relics left after cremation of HH Khalkha Jetsun Dabma Bogdo Gegen Rinpoche IX.

Therefore this Stupa contains the most precious relics and blessings of the Dzogchen teaching and all four main schools of Tibetan Buddhism.

Together with Kunsangar North Gakyil and the committee of builders the representatives of thirteen Buddhist Sanghas, who regularly conduct their retreats in the Gar, participate in this project. All construction stages are accompanied with necessary rituals.

In May 2012 we welcomed Karma Phuntsog Rinpoche with two other lamas who during one month conducted rituals for subjugation of Damsi demons and other rituals required for the laying and construction of the Stupa.

During the whole 2013 the rituals for the Stupa were made by the great masters who visited Kunsangar North: Ch?gyal Namkhai Norbu, Kyabgye Namkha Drime Rabjam Rinpoche, his sons Gyatrul Jigme Rinpoche and Lunpo Tulku Rinpoche, Ratna Vajra Rinpoche, Gangteng Tulku Rinpoche, Dzatrul Rinpoche. Besides, in February of 2013 the three days' long ritual of Vajra Claws was conducted at the Monastery of HH Chatral Rinpoche.

In spring 2013 Jigme Rinpoche together with Lama Dola conducted the ceremony of filling and consecration of sogshin. Also, under guidance of Lama Dola, all necessary substances and layings for the Stupa were made and gathered. During construction practitioners and builders made 23000 tsa tsa, 4 cubic meters of zungs and 300 cubic meters of reinforced concrete constructions. In autumn 2014 under guidance of Lama Damtsik Dorje from the Chatral Rinpoche monastery the Bumpa of the Stupa was filled with sacred layings and relics. Gangteng Tulku Rinpoche put texts into the bumpa. In April 2015 the Kharmika of the Stupa, the symbol of Buddha's head, was moulded and during the retreat with Ch?gyal Namkhai Norbu in July 2015 the text of Dratalgyur, the root tantra of Dzogchen, was laid there.

Many practitioners offered their energy and resources for the Stupa and it became a symbol of perfect collaboration. We gathered several kilos of jewelry which were used to make golden and silver statues for filling sogshin and inner mandalas of the Stupa. We constantly conduct practices of Sang and Rivo Sangcho for pacifying all circumstances and manifestation of favorable conditions.

At the moment we are elaborating the project of the metallic top which after being made and covered with gold will crown the 14-meters' long Stupa of Perfect Victory. After we will have to do the inner finishing of the Stupa and landscape of surrounding territory.
